1.Product description
ZX filter is a precision filtering equipment designed by absorbing
the advanced technology of similar foreign products and combining
with China's national conditions. The filter can realize the
process operations of diatomite precoating, filtering, back blowing
(including drying), slag removal, cleaning and so on. The equipment
has unique structure, small volume, high efficiency, low filtration
cost, closed operation in the whole system, convenient operation
and no environmental pollution. It is widely used in electrolyte,
beverage, fine chemical industry, biology, chemical fiber,
pharmaceutical and other industries

2.Overview of filtration principle
ZX filter uses diatomite as filter aid and filter cloth as filter
materials. Diatomite is hung on the surface of filter element and
filter cloth bag through a certain pressure by feed pump to form a
filter cake layer, and then a uniform filter cake layer is used to
intercept fine particles in the feed liquid, so as to achieve
high-precision filtration effect.
3.Filter structure
The filter is mainly composed of filter tank , filter element ,
liquid collecting pipe assembly, liquid outlet pipe assembly,
discharge outlet and bottom plate, cover lifting mechanism, etc
3.1 Filter element
The filter element is the main working part of the filter,and the
filter element assembly is composed of outer PP filter cloth bag and internal stainless
steel filter tube. The middle is the filtrate flow channel. The
lower part of the filter element is the filtrate collection
chamber, and the upper part is the connection between the filter
element and the liquid collection pipe.
