Introduction
Horizontal decander centrifuge is a mechanical equipment that
utilizes the principle of centrifugal settling to continuously
separate materials with density differences in suspension.
The equipment has a compact structure, continuous operation, stable
operation, strong adaptability to separated materials, large
production capacity, and convenient maintenance. The centrifuge
adopts dual frequency conversion drive, which is easy to operate
and adjust operating parameters; In terms of energy conservation,
when the auxiliary motor is working, it can also play a power
generation function. By using the DC line of the sub motor to
compensate for the current generated by the auxiliary motor to the
main motor, it has energy-saving benefits.
Product structure and operation principle
The basic principle is that the drum and the conveying screw rotate
at a certain differential speed at high speed, and the material is
continuously introduced into the spiral pushing inner cylinder
through the feeding pipe. After acceleration, it enters the drum,
and under the action of the centrifugal force field, the heavier
solid phase deposits on the drum wall to form a sediment layer. The
feeding screw feeder continuously pushes the deposited solid matter
to the cone end of the drum, dehydrates it in the drying area, and
is discharged from the machine through the slag discharge port. The
lighter liquid phase forms an inner liquid ring, which continuously
overflows from the overflow port at the large end of the drum and
is discharged from the machine through the liquid outlet. This
machine continuously completes processes such as feeding, settling,
separation, dehydration, and unloading under full speed operation.

Product structure
Adopt planet-gear differentia for the machine, so the torque of
pusher is large, use transducer driver for the differential motor,
differential speed can be adjust stepless, and have a well
adaptable for materials.
Inspection steps: stopping the machine and all power supply of
electrical equipment has been cut off, open the machine upper
cover, check the joint of drum cover and flange which in both
two-side solid end and upper end cover of liquid end, inspect drum
end cover. In addition, solid material plug holes of machine should
be checked, double-check all the wear and tear, cracks, or
corrosion components which can be seen, any parts was found need to
be maintained and must be repaired before re-use, in addition to do
above examinations, user should double-check the wear condition of
screw conveyer and all outlet opening, any wear components must be
repaired or replaced.
